I just love these cute images...they are animals, yet human-like? I made this card for my niece, Ally, who celebrated her 18th birthday back in April. I did say I was behind in sending out my cards, right?! Sorry Ally, but Happy Belated Birthday!! Ally likes chickies, so I thought this was perfect to make for her.
DP is by DCWV and was a scrap from another card I made (I'll be posting that card maybe tomorrow). Used my Sizzix embossing folder on my pumpkin pie cardstock and added a blue ribbon. I was pleased with the way it turned out! Here's a closer view. I just got more copic markers that we ordered from Merri Artist...for Hawaii, they offer free shipping for orders of $90 or more and the pens come out to around $4.89? Something like that. Still cheaper than getting them here locally and their service is super awesome so go check 'em out!
I think it's the heat because I've been feeling extra tired. Not that working my tail off at work and coming home to do more work doesn't add to the exhaustion, but the heat is really getting to me.
